The Welsh Refugee Council issued an appeal to prospective immigrants using very young girls to advertise their welcome message. Following immediate public disapproval of this dubious ploy, they were forced to remove the link. Many regard this as an advertising trick to attract prospective immigrants to Wales by announcing help with English language lessons, health, housing, education, employment, and children’s playgroups.
